1) How do I reheat the meals?

Microwave 1½–3 minutes until hot throughout. If your meal includes a sauce, stir halfway. Oven option: transfer to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F for 10–15 minutes.

2) Are the meals fresh or frozen?

Always fresh, never frozen. We cook to order and chill immediately for safe, fresh delivery.

3) How long do the meals stay fresh?

Refrigerated meals stay fresh 4–5 days. Items labeled “Freezer-Friendly” can be frozen up to 2 months.

4) What are order cutoffs and delivery windows?

You’ll see the next available date at checkout. Order before the posted cutoff to make that window. We text your delivery ETA the morning of delivery.

5) What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver throughout Houston and surrounding areas. Enter your address at checkout to confirm coverage.
