I've always liked the food from here. Great taste, good portions and nutritionally balanced. However I was reminded this time about how awesome the customer service is as well. I was late ordering my meals and Chris took care of me. While he wasn't able to get me the exact meals I had ordered, he got me some food for this week which was very much appreciated and there was no bad choices in what he brought. Thanks again for being so customer-centric
Always love macros meal prep! The food is tasty, it's healthy and averages 500 calories each, give or take. And it's probably the most affordable meal prep company in town
This is just one of the many meals I've so enjoyed with macro meals. Great flavor and always balanced macros. They make it so convenient for during the week especially, I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat at lunch and usually this is the only meal I have during the day at all.
Great as always! I don't order every week since I do some cooking myself but the more I order, the more I don't want to cook! Lol! The picture attached is to one of my favorite meals they have, a jerk chicken thighs with asparagus. Meals are always seasoned very well with a lot of flavor!

I have always loved macro meals! Very tasty, very filling and very balanced! This is their stuffed salmon. 405 calories, 29 g of protein, 15 g of carbs and 25 g of fat. Particularly they are great for someone like myself who live alone and doesn't want to take the time or bother with doing full-blown meal prep.

As always, the meals were fantastic. I particularly like the meals involving shrimp...such as the shrimp macro king.
Today i had jerk chicken with vegetables. Ask always good and fresh really enjoy being a client don't have to worry about what i want to eat. Try for your self you will enjoy the meals to.
Yet another knock it out of the park order. The picture is of my lunch today which was incredible. A stuffed salmon with zucchini. Seasoning was perfect and I love the fact with this service that there are vegetables with the meals. Other meal services I've used, I've always had to add vegetables or a salad to make it balanced.
Had the turkey meat balls and mash potatoes with pesto and tomatoes sauce. Fresh and always good i really enjoy having these meal delivered to me. Very affordable and very good.
All the meals I've had from macro meal prep has been fantastic! Perfect portions for trying to eat right and go to one meal a day. They have my business for a long time now!

I am absolutely in love with these meals and this meal plan. One issue I've had with other plans is they were not balanced and most of the time there were no vegetables included. Macro meal prep is truly a balanced meal and the food is great! This is the one I had today for lunch, stuffed salmon and vegetables. I've never been a big fan of fish but he's made a believer out of me here!
Starting 2025 the right way with this meal prep. I’ve been ordering since January 2nd, and it’s been three months of consistent, stress-free meals. Every Sunday, I pick up my meals before heading home, and that’s all I need to stay prepared for the week. It’s healthy, convenient, and takes the pressure off having to plan or cook every day.
The Veggie Niko Bowl is absolutely delicious! I’ve tried almost every meal on the menu, and it’s amazing how well-balanced they all are. The macros are spot on, and the taste is unbeatable, especially for a meal prep service. Highly recommend!
I personally love this meal prep company as the food is very refreshing. They also switch menus timely so I have tried around 15 to 20 dishes that they have had till now and they have been great. I like my meals less oily, a bit more saucy and it was perfect for my buds.
