I've always liked the food from here. Great taste, good portions and nutritionally balanced. However I was reminded this time about how awesome the customer service is as well. I was late ordering my meals and Chris took care of me. While he wasn't able to get me the exact meals I had ordered, he got me some food for this week which was very much appreciated and there was no bad choices in what he brought. Thanks again for being so customer-centric

This is just one of the many meals I've so enjoyed with macro meals. Great flavor and always balanced macros. They make it so convenient for during the week especially, I don't have to worry about what I'm going to eat at lunch and usually this is the only meal I have during the day at all.
Great as always! I don't order every week since I do some cooking myself but the more I order, the more I don't want to cook! Lol! The picture attached is to one of my favorite meals they have, a jerk chicken thighs with asparagus. Meals are always seasoned very well with a lot of flavor!
I have always loved macro meals! Very tasty, very filling and very balanced! This is their stuffed salmon. 405 calories, 29 g of protein, 15 g of carbs and 25 g of fat. Particularly they are great for someone like myself who live alone and doesn't want to take the time or bother with doing full-blown meal prep.

Seasoning was perfect and I love the fact with this service that there are vegetables with the meals. Other meal services I've used, I've always had to add vegetables or a salad to make it balanced.

Macro meal prep is truly a balanced meal and the food is great! This is the one I had today for lunch, stuffed salmon and vegetables. Every Sunday, I pick up my meals before heading home, and that’s all I need to stay prepared for the week. It’s healthy, convenient, and takes the pressure off having to plan or cook every day.
The Veggie Niko Bowl is absolutely delicious! I’ve tried almost every meal on the menu, and it’s amazing how well-balanced they all are. The macros are spot on, and the taste is unbeatable, especially for a meal prep service. Highly recommend!

I ordered the 7-day juice cleanse from Chris. This is the second time I've done the cleanse, and both times were a long 7 days but totally worth it in the end. I went and saw my primary physician for a physical in the middle of my cleanse and was told that my blood pressure and blood sugar were outstanding. I physically feel great. Would highly recommend.

If you understand the importance of macros, this meal prep is the best. As per your goals order meals that will help you. For me it was weight loss so i focused on lowest calorie meals with good protein content.

My 1st order and it didn’t disappoint. I received 6 meals and they all look really good however, I’m on a GLP1 medication and counting my macros focusing on protein and calories but the meals are not labeled for that.

Very good tasting food and the portions are generous. I'm anxious to try other foods on the menu.

You can place orders from Friday through Tuesday, with a cutoff time of 10 PM on Tuesday, as meals are prepared on Thursdays to ensure high quality; delivery is available Thursday through Sunday within the Houston area only (for now), and pickup is also available Thursday through Sunday.
Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.
They remain fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them if you want to extend their shelf life.
Meals come fully cooked. Just microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)
The platform we use to manage and process meal deliveries charges a flat-rate delivery of $5.99 per delivery.
